JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS TITLE:
General LaborJOB
Summary:
Under the direction of the Supervisor and the Lead, individual will receive on the job training.
Individual is responsible for following direction and adhering to current process/procedures and standards within their department.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
oAble to follow direction.
oInspecting own work and others to meet quality expectations.
oDaily routine maintenance of job required equipment.
oGeneral housekeeping of work area.
oReading and following prints, BOM's, lead lists, shop travelers and other necessary paperwork.
oComplete accurately the necessary paperwork associated with jobs.
oOther job duties as assigned by Management within or outside of own department as needed.
RequirementsoMust be well organized and have basic math skills.
oMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
oMust be able to set up and operate necessary or appropriate equipment used within given department.
oMust be willing to work with others, as well as being self-motivated.
oAdhere to all Safety and Quality regulations and procedures.
oTeam player.
oAble to adapt to change.
oStrong attendance.
oComfortable working both an independent and team environment.
oFollow process standards and procedures.
